Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of TeamBrain. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

TeamBrain is a shared workspace that lets your team and the AI you already use work off one shared brain — files, tasks, and the decisions around them. We provide the platform; you bring your own AI (or use the AI included with your plan) and your own content.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed it without permission. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use TeamBrain.

3. Your content

Your content is yours. You keep all rights to the files, documents, and data you put into TeamBrain. You grant us only the limited permission we need to store, process, and display that content so the service can work for you and your team. We do not train any AI model on your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use TeamBrain to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose (monthly, yearly, or a lifetime deal where offered). Lifetime plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled any time, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

6. Your AI and third parties

When you connect your own AI (such as Claude or ChatGPT) or other third-party services, your use of those is governed by their terms, not ours. You're responsible for any keys or accounts you connect and for the usage that runs on them.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep TeamBrain running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Cancellation and data

You can cancel any time. Your content is plain Markdown you can export whenever you like, including when you leave. Deleted items sit in trash for 30 days before permanent removal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamBrain and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use TeamBrain after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact
